After getting up this morning, Mommy was surprised by the boys with two wonderful Mother's Day presents - a pink rubber sleeve for her Wii Fit board and also a new pink laptop case! Thanks Daddy for helping them "shop!" We then got ready for church and during Sunday school, Parker made Mommy a little beaded bracelet and in Children's Church, he made her a card.
For lunch we headed in to Seffner to see Grandmommy and Granddaddy and the rest of the gang. Here's Parker trying to play UpWords with Grannie. Then he wanted to spell out his name and his brother's name.
And Uncle Kelly brought over this copper statue a friend of his made of his dog Lucky. We had a hard time convincing Wesley that it was ok to pet the "dog."
Later in the afternoon while Daddy and Granddaddy went to CompUSA for a computer part, Mommy and Grandmommy sat outside with the boys while they went skinny-dipping in the pool!
Then in the evening we headed over to see Grandma and Grandpa. Grandpa is at home now in a hospital bed and now just has a boot on his leg instead of a cast. He will be getting more intensive therapy 3 times a week to help him get up and walking more. The boys had lots of fun playing with Grandma. And Parker even got a late birthday present dropped off by Aunt Huck and Uncle Joe on their last trip to town - a big talking Transformer!
