GNO to the Melting Pot

Wednesday night Mommy had a Church Council meeting at church and afterwards she caught up with a few ladies from Daddy's church for a Girls Night Out (GNO) in downtown Ocala for dessert at the Melting Pot. The Melting Pot is one of those places Mommy has always wanted to go but had not gotten to try yet. Grandma and Grandpa used to go there on occasion to celebrate their anniversary or birthdays. Mommy and Daddy were talking about going there for our anniversary last month but surgery intervened.

It was wonderful. We had a small pot of dark chocolate and a large pot of Flaming Turtle (chocolate, caramel and nuts flambeed at the table). That came with three plates of these wonderful items to dip (cheesecake, rice krispie treats, brownies, strawberries, marshmellows).

It was definitely worth the wait and Mommy can't wait to go again with Daddy!
