Stars and Hats

Today Parker went back to get some of the work done on his teeth. Parker received two sealants - one on top and one on the bottom of the right side of his mouth. The plan was also to get two stars. He did get a "white star" (filling) on the bottom right, but it looks like he will need a "silver hat" (crown) on the other molar because the cavity goes around more than one edge of the tooth. So Dr. Suzi made the call to do the hat at another time, rather than make Parker sit through one really long appointment. He did quite well and the dentist was very proud of him. Now we just have to keep him away from tootsie rolls, skittles and starbursts and keep him from chewing ice and suckers!
