Vacation Day Four

Rain, rain go away! It started raining around 10am this day which means by the time we got up and got ready, it was pouring. So we waited for a bit and when the next lull came we headed for the pool. The boys vetoed the beach because of the wind and rough waves. We stayed at the pool for a couple of hours, including through the next rainstorm.

Eventually we headed inside for showers and lunch. The "mans" played videogames while Mommy napped a bit and watched the water-love our constant beach view here from our own private patio!!!

We headed out for dinner about 6pm and by request arrived at Cheeburger Cheeburger. The boys love it here with their milkshakes and fried macaroni and cheese wedges. After dinner we did some browsing at Petsmart before heading back on the Key and driving up and down Midnight Pass Road to see how things look this year all over the island.


By the time we left dinner we realized Wesley was winding down and by the time we got back we realized he had a fever. With some Tylenol in his tummy he crashed right out on the couch while the other two guys watched Rays baseball. Mommy meanwhile headed out for another run on the beach (Couch to 5k, week 5 run 1).
