Earlier this week, Daryl spent three days at Cerveny Conference Center in Live Oak.
He was invited by the Conference Center for Clergy Excellence along with 22 other pastors from around the conference to participate in a series of leadership retreats called "Courage to Lead" over the coming year. This was their first retreat. Daryl seemed to really enjoy the material and leadership.
The conference center was beautiful. Here's a view from his room and also of the chapel along the water's edge.
