Friday night we headed down to Seffner to spend some time with family.
The boys and I went with Grandma to dinner at Smoky Bones
while Daryl went to spend some time with an old high school buddy.
Afterwards we crashed at Grandmommy and Granddaddy's for the night.
Saturday morning Daryl and I were able to get in a run
while the boys spent time with hanging out with grandparents.
Then it was off to Lettuce Lake Park in Tampa for the cousins' birthday party.
As always, Grandmommy made three very special cakes by request
for one 14 year old boy and 2 nine year old girls.
Grilling lunch.
Parker and Grannie.
Time to sing and open presents.
It was very cold outside and everyone was grabbing for jackets.
Uncle Kelly found this Halloween lab coat in his car.
Hanging out and having fun.
It looked for a time like rain, but fortunately it passed us by with just a few random drops.
After everything was cleaned up, we went for our annual walk along the boardwalk.
We had a wonderful time together....the weather cooperated and the scenery was so pretty.
That's cousin Micah getting held over the rail!
After a nice long walk, we said goodbye to everyone and headed north.
After all the fresh air, playing football, riding bikes with the cousins and walking along the boardwalk,
it didn't take long for the boys to crash out in the car and sleep the whole way home.
