This past Sunday was a good one for both Daryl and I and the churches. DHUMC had a new praise team ministry that began helping lead in worship on Sunday morning alongside their choir. And Daryl had a great new member class after worship with several folks before heading off to lead worship at the Ocala Health and Rehabilitation center.
BUMC had our 4th annual Church Has Left The Building event instead of regular Sunday school and worship. Parker went with part of the youth group to paint at Open Arms Village (a new homeless ministry launching next month at St. Mark's UMC in Ocala).
Wesley and I volunteered with cleaning up the courtyard at Belleview Elementary school. Here's the before and after pictures.
