We had to check out of our condo on Saturday morning but we had some time left for vacation. So we packed everything up and headed over to Disney for one more night at All Star Music. Our room wasn't quite ready yet, so we walked around for a tour, and then hung out by the pool and played some foosball, ping pong and cornhole. There's five sections to the hotel: Calypso, Jazz, Broadway, Country Faire and Rock. We ended up in Jazz which was just where Parker wanted to be.
Our room was a Family Suite - two regular rooms converted to include a living room, kitchen and bedroom plus two bathrooms. We got a text message when our room was ready and dropped off all our stuff before heading to Epcot.
Epcot had the Flower and Garden festival going on and there were lots of cool topiaries throughout the park.
We had lunch in the China pavilion at the Nine Dragons restaurant. So yummy! Everyone had the same thing - hot and sour soup with General Tso Chicken wrapped in steamed buns.
We spent quite a bit of time meeting characters. Our course our old favorites - Mickey, Minnie and Goofy. But then some new characters too - Baymax from Big Hero 6 and Joy and Sadness from the movie Inside Out.
Davis handled the line for Joy and Sadness by taking a nap. He can sleep anywhere!
We finished up our time with a ride on Test Track and seeing the topiaries from Cars.
We got back in time to have pizza in the food court at the hotel and spend some quality time swimming in the hotel pool.
The boys each had their own bed (the red chair made a single bed and so did its big footstool). But this is how they all ended up!
