Tuesday night we asked Parker if he would like to make dinner for the family. He was excited about the chance to make fish again - even though this time it was frozen fish, not fresh. In addition to the tilapia, he made stuffing and a vegetable medley.... ALL BY HIMSELF! Dinner was absolutely delicious!! And while we were eating dinner, he thanked us for the chance to cook dinner for the family!!!
