We had a special dinner made by Wesley with one of his Christmas presents from Grandmommy and Granddaddy - homemade quesadillas with his new quesadilla maker!!! They were delicious!!
And for dessert we made up the brownie mix given to us from our neighbors across the street!
Then we all went to explore the Christmas lights around downtown Mount Dora. There were lots of businesses still open late around downtown and live musicians in a couple of different places around downtown. We stayed for the countdown to midnight and the great fireworks display at midnight over Lake Dora. It was a nice way to start off the New Year!
