I'm back in Lake Wales this week facilitating another RIM Conference for pastors, this time on preaching. I love this work - what a gift to be surrounded by these gifted pastors who give me so much hope for the future of our church. And it's a gift to be back in this fabulous space of Bok Tower Gardens. I've been coming here for over 30 years now. The Tower is still the same but the whole operation has really invented itself to make it relevant to a whole new generation of folks. We met in their conference room, spent time wandering the garden and then had a fabulous dinner in their outside kitchen.
