Still At The Hospital

Davis is still at the hospital as I write this today. They realized on Saturday that it was not a virus that caused his GI issues - rather somehow Davis picked up salmonella poisoning that went into his bloodstream. So that meant more time in the hospital for IV antibiotics. We were hopeful to go home on Sunday, however he was still spiking fevers over 101. He has to go 24 hours without a fever over 101 before he can go home. He is feeling better but he is in no way back to himself yet. It will take a while for him to completely recover at home.
