Watching Wesley ride his bike over the last couple of weeks with the dogs, made me realize that his bike was made for a much shorter kid. Since he's grown up sized now, he needed a grown up sized bike! So we looked on Facebook marketplace and found him a great deal on a mountain bike from a guy in one of the retirement communities in Leesburg - and drove down to pick it up on Saturday night. It's perfect for him and now when we walk the dogs, he zooms far down the road away from me and then doubles back to me. He gets in a lot more exercise that way - and his knees aren't up by his shoulders when he peddles anymore!
