Our celebration this year was a little bit low key, between class all day for me and VBS for everyone at night. We got to celebrate at dinner on Friday evening when I got out of class early and had time to cook. Made a new yummy dish that was a big hit. We got out the chopsticks and the Chinese New Year plates to mark the occasion. So grateful for these last 8 years with this amazing kid. He's got a birthday next week and then another surgery the week after that. And he just keeps going.
