Mileage - Little by Little

I resolved earlier this year to get moving more. I set a goal to walk 100 miles a month. I've surpassed that goal four times this year and in June I really blew past it now that I'm biking and walking. My average daily rate has gone from 2.95 miles a day up to 5.30 miles a day. Feels good to be getting into shape!
