Tuesday was the start of Lunar New Year/Spring Festival Celebrations for a lot of Asian people.

Gong Hei Fat Choy is Cantonese for " Wishing you happiness and prosperity."
Davis is from Guangzhou (Canton) and spoke Cantonese when we brought him home.
This is also his year of the Tiger!
