Day three of our Orlando Vacation included a wonderful lunch at one of our favorite Disney restaurants - Whispering Canyon Cafe inside Wilderness Lodge. This is one of the best allergy friendly meals on property and Chef Noah came out to talk to me twice to make sure that I could have a good meal that met all my allergy requirements. I got the allergy friendly version of the carnivore skillet that everyone else got. And I even got to eat cornbread - with dairy free/soy free butter!
We wandered around outside the hotel for a bit and caught the geyser show on the hour. There was also wildlife - a bunny in the bushes and a duck that got into the pool (and then got chased to the pool deck).
Daryl, Parker and I headed out to do some outlet mall shopping and found a few good deals. Later I dropped them off and headed over to Colonialtown Park to walk the Pulse Memorial Labyrinth - this was installed late last fall. In just a few weeks, it will be six years since this shooting that killed 49 people.
Davis and I finished up the day at the pool and in the hot tub while the rest watched playoff hockey on the TV in the room.
