The little boy in green here was a rising 4th grader when he went to his first year as an overnight camper at Warren Willis in 2013. He loved it so much. He lost his voice from talking and yelling - and was even proud of his bruise from disc golf.
This past week he drove himself to camp with all of this gear in order to be on the Leadership Team and serve at camp for the summer. He will have training until June 19 and on June 20th they will receive the first week of campers (6 weeks total). It feels weird not to have him home with us or to be able to talk to him whenever we want - even if he is just 5 miles away right now.
