Friday's date day this week started in Sarasota by the airport at the Mystical Oasis sound spa, for a sound bath while we floated in hammocks. So relaxing!
Then we drove down to Venice to eat lunch at Sharky's on the Pier. While we waited for a table, we wandered around a bit on the pier and the beach.
After lunch we drove a bit further down to Casperson Beach. This is the one that is famous for finding shark teeth and there were lots of people around with nets trying to find the teeth. I used to come to this beach with Mom and Dad, and Grandma and Grandpa Keller when I was a kid (my grandparents best friends wintered in Venice).
There are some canals around the island (we'll come back later to kayak!)
