The week started off worshipping at Christ Community UMC in Punta Gorda. This is their new pastor Bob Suter - who writes his own music (he's a blues musician)
Tuesday included a visit to Grace Place For Children and Families (a district ministry). I'm now on their Faith Council and another leader from First UMC Naples was there too.
We trained a whole bunch of new Emergency Response folks for Disaster Recovery ministries
in the district!
And then on Saturday we hosted four other clergy families and their kids for a pool party at the house.
22 people for burgers and hot dogs! Lots of fun!
