Our fourth day in England was playing regular tourist. We started off in Stratford-upon-Avon and the birthplace/home of William Shakespeare.
Then we went over to the birthplace of Shakespeare's wife Anne Hathaway
We had lunch back in Stratford and had some shopping time.
My roommate on the trip Rev. Caitlin White, recently got married and added her married name Swan. And we found a hotel called the White Swan.
I had great curry here at the oldest tavern in Stratford, dating back to the time of Shakespeare.
And then we visited the Cotswolds, a beautiful picturesque collection of villages. Here I did a tour of a Gin distillery and got samples.
Some of us stopped into a beautiful tea shop and had a proper English tea. They even had scones that I could eat!
